Sprachen & Kulturen

By participating in this course, you will develop key competencies for effective communication and collaboration in international and culturally diverse environments. You will explore different communication and working styles, reflect on your own communication patterns, and gain a deeper understanding of how cultural expectations influence interaction, teamwork, and conflict management. Through case studies, group exercises, and role plays, you will learn to identify and address intercultural misunderstandings, communicate more effectively across cultural boundaries, and act confidently in diverse social situations.
This course is taught in English (minimum language requirement: B1 level). Assessment is on a pass/fail basis.
