OPEN TO LEVELS B2.2, B2.3, B2.4!
In "English B2.3: Grammar Refresher Course" we review the rules of key grammatical structures, and - most importantly - practise these structures in meaningful and relevant communicative contexts. The course is suitable for levels B1+ to B2+ and covers all four language skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
Intended learning outcomes
Using English at B1/B2 level, by the end of the course you will be able to
- talk about past events, experiences, habits, current activities and trends using the correct tense
- talk about hypothetical situations and regrets using a conditional
- talk about processes using the passive voice
- speculate about (the reasons for) present and past events using modal verbs
- describe people/things using relative clauses
Further topics will be covered on an as-needed basis.
Admission requirement: successful completion of a ZfbK English course at levels B2.1/B2.2/B2.3/B2.4 or a score of 54-75 in our online placement test

Credit requirements: active participation, regular homework assignments, end-of-term exam
